Job Description:
A person who can lead the team, working from client location at Kothur.
Develops and maintains a hr systems that meet management information needs.
Plans and conducts employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
Coordinates in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety and sexual harassment.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Should be able to lead the team without any communication gap.
Salary:INR 2,75,000 – 5,00,000 P.A
