* Identify process improvement solution through process automation, process re-arrangement, process re-engineering,
standardization and elimination of non-value add steps.
* Conduct lean/ Six sigma trainings at regular intervals and mentor projects.
* Present data analytics in performance review meeting on business metrics trends and drive initiatives in achieving current vs.
expected/target/future plan.
* Drive best practice sharing session to replicate the solutions across the organisation.
* Present projects solution & case study during new client visits to aid in new deals wins.

The Solution Center Services team focuses on ownership, administration, and management of business processes for clients. These services are based on measurable performance metrics that are effectively leveraged on our in-depth understanding of business domains as well as strong computing infrastructure. Our services cover diverse sets of domains such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax and financial services, and pre-employment services.
