The Role
Our client, a boutique Law firm based in the DIFC, are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to join their team. Their expertise is spread across a broad span of business disciplines and major industries including real estate, commercial dispute resolution and M&A restructuring. Our client has an exciting opportunity for a high quality, experienced individual to join the company, offering fantastic career development and exposure.
As Legal Secretary for the Dubai office, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Dispute Resolution and be responsible for providing administration support to Partners, Managers and Associates, scheduling meetings, conferences and taking calls from clients and managing the Managing Partners PA work. Alongside this, you will be responsible for preparing trial documents for court include document typing, proofreading and dictation, updating and maintaining the client database and undertaking compliance and KYC.
Requirements
In order to apply for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have experience within the Legal sector within the UAE and have proven ability in preparing legal documentation. Candidates must possess strong data analysis skills and be highly skilled in MS Office applications alongside being organised, efficient and have excellent communication and client management skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work well within a team but equally be able to work alone and have the ability to work under pressure.
Salary – AED 18,000-19,000/-
