Job Description:

The HR Executive is responsible for leading all US recruitment activities including sourcing, screening and validating the resumes. This will involve continuous interaction and follow up with agencies/ consultancies/ job portals in US.

Job responsibilities:

Following are the job responsibilities:

A.Sourcing and Screening Profiles for US based roles

HR Executive is responsible for sourcing profiles
Should be able to short list profiles from different Job portals
Perform initial screening
Coordinate with Manager for further interview process
Update the candidate on the interview feedback
Do the reference checks for the finally selected candidates.
Coordinate for onboarding of finally selected candidates with US colleague

B.Interaction with Placement Agency/ Consultancy/ Job Portal

HR Executive is responsible for maintaining formal relationship with the Placement Agency/ Consultancy/ Job Portal.
Should be able to work in shifts based on requirement.

C.Other Generic HR Activities
Assisting HR Manager in other HR activities for smooth functioning
Assisting the HR Manager in reporting in the form of various reports
Ensure targets are achieved and requirements are filled with relevant candidates on time.
Excellent English verbal and written skills, able to understand and speak fluently
Very Strong communication and inter personal skills
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Job specifications:

1.Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in MBA( HR) from a premier business school in India or abroad

2.Experience: At least 1-2 Years as an HR Associate with Prior work experience in US staffing is a mandate. Experience in service or BPO industry is preferable.

3.Competency:

Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of HR fundamentals and recruitment life cycle along with excellent interviewing and convincing skills.
Analytical Skills: Independently solves complex problems
Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and overall quality of work as per the requirements specified.

Technical skills: Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills
Flexibility: Be willing to stretch for long hours and if required should be able to work in weekends for drives and urgent requirements, etc.
