Understands the Change Management process clearly . Have thorough knowledge on one or more tool for IT Asset and Configuration Management.
Understands the discovery workflow .
Should have worked in licensing audits for one of the following SAP/IBM/Oracle/MS.
Have proper knowledge on Annual Maintenance Contract process.
Good communication skills. Good excel and power point knowledge to have worked on IT Asset management solution .
Understands FTE estimators.
Have done some type of client presentation or client sales. ITIL Expert Certification.
