Job Description:
Coordinating with all departments for Budget Forecast/ Cash Flow Projection for FY and submitting the budget for Approval by 10th of March every Year.
Preparing Budget and Cash Flow Forecast for FY and ensuring the expenses as per approved budget
Review of Budget to be submitted to funding agencies for grant proposals
Time bound MIS Reporting of CRF & CSR expenditure
Submission of various financial reports to Funding Agencies and other parties
Ensuring that all expenditures are done as per approved budget and Cash Flow
Raising Top Up Funding request as per Cash Flow and current requirements
Upload the IT Declaration data provided by the Employee
Compile all required data for any Income Tax / Service Tax Scrutiny cases and coordinate with Chartered Accountants for submissions etc.
Record keeping of all important documents, agreements etc.
Proper booking of Assets and working for its depreciation on half yearly basis and maintaining Asset Register
Finalisation of all Agreements, MOUs and Contracts entered with various clients and Funding Agencies
Approval of all bills, debit notes & payments after due scrutiny for all expenditure & Purchases
Coordinating with Auditors for Accounts and compliance
Supervision of Accounts related activities
Ensuring timely compilation and Finalization of Accounts on a monthly basis
TDS Related – Deduction, Accounting, Payment and Returns
Service Tax Related – Charging, Accounting, Payment and Returns
Trust and Charity Commissioner related compliances
Download the CIS file from NSDL site.(It contain the challan information which we deposited monthly basis)
Validate the data , prepared the return and send it to auditor’s for approval
