The Role
One of our clients is a leading UAE Construction group with a strong Contracting arm that specialises in schools, villas, towers and offices. The group has been operating in the region for over 35 years and are currently undergoing a bit of a restructure. They have a good orderbook with some recent project awards and some expected projects on the horizon. In order to ensure these projects are completed to the highest possible standard, they are looking to add an experienced Estimation Manager to their ranks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a BSc Quantity Surveying and have at least 10 years experience working with estimation in the GCC. Candidates with an Engineering Degree who can demonstrate experience / courses in estimation will also be considered. You should have experience working on Commercial and Residential projects in the region, and be able to show that the projects were estimated for correctly. In return the company can offer you full responsibility for the Estimation department. You will be running a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors and Estimators, with this set to grow in the coming years.You must have an excellent grasp of written and spoken English and be up to speed with the UAE construction market. We are looking for someone who is determined to build a strong department and provide the highest level of Estimation possible.
