Skills Requirements
Should have 1 to 5 years of experience in technical – customer service profile (Voice/Semi-Voice/non-voice).
Should have experience of working in an international B2C environment.
Minimum one year of International BPO is mandatory .
Should possess Excellent Communication skills.
Should be open to work in 24*7 shift.
Aptitude to learn new changes in the process quickly
Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
Any Graduates/Post Graduates are eligible.
