Job Description:
1.Develop and manage a team of SAs to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
2.Manage profitability and risk of your network and maintain good relationships with dealers and
shop staff
3.Develop your assigned area with new POS openings
4.Hire, train and develop your team
5.Regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) review targets with team and drive them towards consistent
6.achievement through constructive feedback
7.Visit all active POSes within territory on a weekly basis (including satellite)
8.Meet the dealer/store manager and discuss performance / issues / plans
9.Verify issues indicated in DSM report and take appropriate action
10.Review customer checking mechanisms, set high standards and standardize best practices
11.Review market trends, competitor tactics and take appropriate action
12.Develop tactical marketing plans and effectively utilize marketing material for lead generation
and customer conversion
