Job Description:
Title of the Position : Customer Service Executive
Reporting Relationship : Duty Manager

Qualification and Experience
Education: Intermediate/Diploma/Graduate in any stream
Passport: Valid passport issued after: 01-Jan-2012

Shift Pattern
Four Working days in a week with 12 Hours Duty Pattern [Morning Shift-8 am to 8 pm (12 Hrs) & Night
Shift-8 pm to 8 am (12 Hrs)]

Remuneration: a part from salary, you will also eligible for Monthly Bus Pass & Sodexo Food Coupons
(Rs.1200 per month).

Job Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Targets in his/her shift for assigned product category
To follow the sales plan and instructions of the Duty Manager
Help customers to select the product by explaining the products in assigned category
Assist Duty Manager in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, inventory management & Customer service
Proactive in Customer Service and Answering the Questions from Customers and advising them as per their requirements.
Strictly follow the Compliance related aspects of the Duty Free Operations

Functional Competencies:
Preferred to have Knowledge of Retail sales operations processes
Knowledge of Selling Techniques
Preferred to possess knowledge of various retail product categories

Behavioral Competencies:
Excellent Communication skills and Etiquette
Customer Focused, highly service oriented, with a passion for selling.
Flexible to work in challenging & dynamic work environment.
Salary:INR 1,25,000 – 1,75,000 P.A
