Below is the Project Formation and JD :
Tech Mahindra is working with one Investment Banking client on various Financial Trading Application development project. Due to high performance requirement and business criticality of the application, entire team is staffed with senior developers with 7 to 12 years of strong core Java and multi-threading experience. We are ramping up this team. Everyone in this team works directly with client senior architect and business users for end to end development.
Skillet(Mandatory)
4 to 15 years of hands on development experience in Core Java and related technologies.
Strong understanding of core and server side Java programming.
Good understanding of design patterns and Object Orient Design concepts.
Strong understanding of SQL programing preferably with Oracle experience.
Experience is basic integration patterns using messaging technologies like JMS, MQ etc.
Must have worked on or above JDK 5 on large and complex development project, should have good knowledge on new features, API, File NIO etc .
Strong hands on experience on Development projects involving Core Java, Multithreading concepts, Generics and Collections
Basic Unix experience
Interview Procedure :
Level 1 :
Telephonic / F2F Technical Interview on core java fundamentals, problem solving, experience of using Java features like Collections and Generic extensively, hashmap, JVM, memory management, multi-threading, writing complex SQL
Level 2:
Coding Challenge you will be given a problem statement to write code using Core Java. Code is submitted to client along with CV. Client is interested in checking your though process and approach. The interview will be based on the code submitted and core Java fundamentals
Level 3:
Customer Interview followed by HR Discussion.
Note : We are not looking at Professionals who want to grow in Team Management or people management.
