Job Description:
The Contract Manager Role is tasked to facilitate the process related to agreements/contracts of Suppliers/Consultants/Services (except licensing contracts) in Commercial Council domain.The process includes Developing, Review, Execution, Management, Payments of the above mentioned contracts. The role is responsible for initiating and closing all payments in a timely manner as per the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a repository of all finalized/closed agreements within commercial.
Ensuring all necessary documents (for local and foreign payments) are procured on time yearly, quarterly, or after each invoice/debit notes have been received. The functional heads/leads/SCM are to be alerted as it is required for procuring documents from the Supplier/Vendor.
Initiate and follow up on the payment process, including PR/PO/CA certificate, etc.
Full familiarity with all the financial/payment terms in agreements. Is aware of the payment timelines stipulated in agreements, and ensure payments are made within the period
Qualification:
Graduation is must.
Experience in using SAP.

Be able to follow up/push back with key internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
