Job Purpose : Responsible for providing support to Consumer Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
Bringing a Creative perspective to the Consumer Healthcare team.
Taking the business to the next level from just service delivery to service management.
Working closely with the category team proactively and ensure in knowledge management within the RSC network.
Educating and training the Consumer Healthcare team to ensure that they become competent.
Developing & maintaining the requisite level of skill set within the Consumer Healthcare team.
Taking critical business decisions as & when required.
Skills Required:
Good analytical skills to assist in the diagnosis, resolution and management of artwork inconsistencies.
The ability to communicate issues both proactively as well as assertively.
The ability to manage projects independently and deliver within agreed timelines.
The ability to deliver education & training effectively.
The ability to manage his / her time effectively in an environment of conflicting priorities & without any supervisory support.
Experience Required:
Relevant & demonstrable experience in the Consumer Healthcare / FMCG / Brand Management industry.
A good understanding of the Consumer Healthcare business.
Experience in delivering & developing training; especially in the Creative space.
Experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Experience in contributing to a multidisciplinary team, mentoring team members & facilitating team dynamics.
Success Criteria:
Reduction in the number of artwork inconsistencies.
Reduction in designing related clarification and higher decision making capability
Improvement in the competency levels of the Consumer Healthcare team.
Getting & successfully running high-end work like Category from RSCI.
Improvement in the Customer Satisfaction Scores especially in the Consumer Healthcare space.
Winning against competitors to sustain & grow the Consumer Healthcare business with RSCI.
