Job Description:
A dynamic CIVIL ENGINEER professional with over 10 Years work experience in:
Anchoring on – site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization.
Project Planning & Construction Management.
Liaise with external agencies, architects, consultants for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances.
Procuring sub-contracts -Negotiations and finalization of contracts / sub contracts for site works.
Rate analysis and cost control.
Billing, budgeting, MIS, project cost estimation and CTC preparation,
Site management & men management
Manage project resources.
Hands on experience in working with the AutoCAD software and Project Management software tools MS Office/Primavera softwares. Having experience in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)/SAP systems is preferable
