Managing the sales team.
Providing necessary training to sales team and giving them proper direction to achieve the desired sales targets.
Monitoring market intelligence within the industry in terms of Market development, New Projects, Competitor activities, new customers etc.
Handling and meeting the clients.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales team.
