Providing high quality service for existing Tier-1 vendor/clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
Primary responsibility is to make sure the bench consultants get placed on time, build a high-quality Tier-1 vendors and client contacts for better business development.
Identifying potential vendors and keeping track of their client’s current and future needs.
Negotiating on pay rates with vendors concerning the credibility of the candidate.
Keeping track of consultant’s project durations, accomplishments, and ensuring the vendor’s timely payments.
Efficiently communicating with vendor’s on their client’s upcoming technology needs and making resources ready for rapid submissions and setting up interviews.
Regularly motivating and updating the consultants on clients technology needs and making them ready for their new endeavors.
Regular communication with management on new technology initiatives and coordinating on it.
Conducting weekly and fortnight assessments with consultants on their past interviews and client feedbacks for the better improvement on their technical and communicational abilities.
Efficiently using web research (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Tech-fetch and few other important sites) to find out the current job opportunities and rapidly submitting the precisely suitable consultants and thoroughly following up with vendor to ensure that he/she gets the interview in earliest possible time
Salary:INR 4,25,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
