Job Responsibilities
Manage Relationship with large Partners, Brokers and Clients.
Partner/ Broker and Client Servicing
Timely response to mails and calls with accurate information to Partners/ Brokers and Clients.
Compliance to defined processes (SOP, SLA, Controls and Quality)-Operations
CRM [ Client Relationship Manager ] & Customer Servicing.
Maintain continuous coordination with HO on all aspects of day to day activities.
Open Case Management
Open for Learning & Development
Preferred Candidates:
Any graduate, with 1 yr to 3 yrs of experience in any Insurance/BFSI company Back office/Operations/customer service.
Fresher with MBA from reputed institute/collage or Diploma.
Good communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Age should not be more than 33 years.
