The Role
A high profile, regional Entrepreneur is currently working with Irwin & Dow in order to source an Accounts Administrator to assist the Senior Manager of the Private Office Operation.
The office supports the whole business and specialised projects of this high-profile individual who has a range of diversified humanitarian and business interests. The office incorporates all functions including HR, Finance, Media and Public relations.
The Accountant covers all aspects of finance including maintaining accounting records and papers for the Senior Manager with regards to personal expenditure including the maintenance of invoices, tracking deliveries and following up with payments ensuring all are paid to vendors. You will work closely with the Office Accountant and you will also partake in general office administration such as arranging appointments, liaising with drivers in charge of retail purchases and following up with gift wrapping.
Requirements

No accounting system knowledge is required but it will be considered a plus. Excel proficiency is mandatory. Our client is specifically looking for Tagalog language ability.
