Only for publicity sake: Swami Chakrapani who plans to buy Dawood’s eatery for building toilet failed to show up for auction

MUMBAI: After shouting about being bidders for Dawood Ibrahim’s property, Swami Chakrapani failed to turn up at auction that was held on November 14.
A call to the Swami makes clear curt answer. “I am in Lucknow,” he said, before hanging up, Mid-Day reported.
The Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha leader claimed to be the bidder for the prime properties and also plans to build a toilet where Hotel Raunaq Afroz now stands. The plush toilet would be “elegant and free of cost to the public.”
Earlier, talking to PTI about it, the hardline Hindu leader said, “After acquiring Hotel Afroz in the bidding, I will build a plush toilet there for public use. This toilet will be elegant and open to all free of cost. By turning the gangster’s property into a toilet, I want to send the message- see how terrorism ends!”
Chakrapani previously successfully bid for Dawood Ibrahim’s green Hyundai Accent car for Rs 32,000 and later burnt it at Indirapuram near Delhi.
