Only foundations but development works of Rs. 100 crore missing

The citizens of Hyderabad should know that in certain areas, only foundation stone were laid for various projects but no developmental work has been taken up. A few examples are as under:

Osman Nagar, Bandlaguda is facing acute problem of drinking water. On 24th February 2009 the construction of water reservoir with a budget of Rs. 22.37 crore was started which is still incomplete.

On 9th February 2009 the foundation for a major project for Khwaja Pahadi was laid with an estimate of Rs. 24.48 crore. It was a project for laying underground electrical cables. What happened to this huge amount?

On 5th June 2011 a foundation stone was laid for the multilevel parking complex at Chowmohalla Palace. The foundation stone itself is missing.

On 1st March 2009 foundation stone was laid for the construction of 50 beds hospital at Ismail Nagar Bandlaguda on a 3 acre land for the benefit of Orphan and destitute children home with an estimate of Rs. 20 crore. Many Muslim ulema were invited for this function. Even after the lapse of (5) years construction work has not yet been started. Is it not a joke?
