Congress MLA Dr. Shankar Rao has claimed that positive decision on Telangana will come before September 30 and dissented speaker assembly for adjourning the assembly session repeatedly. He alleged opposition parties’ failure in making the government accountable.
Talking to reporters at assembly media point Dr. Shankar Rao said that he had received reports from Delhi that before Telangana march on September 30 Congress high command would take a positive decision on Telangana before September 29.
He claimed that only 15 days were left for Kiran Kumar Reddy and also that chief minister lacked leadership qualities; he didn’t possess any service record for the party. He had become CM only because of Sonia Gandhi. With his wrong decisions, Congress’ image was tarnished.
