ONGC Group General Manager (Drilling) Mr P Krishna Rao today said the ONGC playing a significant role in developing the exploration and production industry in the country. Speaking on the occasion of 57th foundation day celebrations of ONGC held at Base complex premises here, Mr Rao said the industry in country has evolved over the decades sailing against hurdles of non-cooperation and non-transfer of technology by the established global private players. ONGC’s current standing as the number one in the Industry, Mr Rao attributed to the dedicated workforce.
He informed such dedication by the employees of Rajahmundry Asset has won Rajahmundry Asset the maiden award ‘The Best Onshore’ Asset in ONGC by scoring excellent grading on performance parametres ranging from Drilling to HR.
Executive Director (Asset Manager) Mr A A Khan, will be receiving this award tomorrow from the CMD at Dehra Dun. Earlier, the large gathering of the employees paid homage to the martyrs who lost lives in the service of nation and ONGC and employees were administered pledge in Hindi, English and Telugu.
