Hyderabad: Telangana State government yesterday released the list of selected candidates for Best Teacher Award. The list comprises of 31 teachers out of whom only one is a Muslim. The only Muslim who has been selected for Best Teacher Award is Mohammed Anwer of High School, Hanmakonda, Warangal.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will present Best Teacher Awards in a function to be held on September 8, at Ravindra Bharati.
