Some one lakh couples were going to unite on November 23, 24 and 25 as marriage bells were ringing on those days as strong muhuraths were there in three days resulting in full demands to the function halls, hotels and purohits. Margashira month entered and brought marriage celebrations too.
According to tradition, Karthika and Margashira Telugu months were holy months and people engage with marriage celebrations in these months. On the other hand, there were marriage muhuraths after November 28 till February. After November 28, people will not perform not only marriages but also any celebration as “moodams” were entering.
