Task Force police arrested a man who was involved in the production and sale of duplicate engine oil. According to details 54-year-old Om Prakash Agarwal, owner of Agarwal trading corporation in Maharajgunj, started preparing duplicate engine oil in the name of popular brands like Castrol, Servo and Hero.
Agarwal used to purchase duplicate engine oil, empty bottles, buckets and stickers of popular engine oil manufacturing brands from Gopal of Delhi and Mohan from Mumbai at cheaper price and sell the fake material here.
Task Force police seized a huge quantity of spurious engine oil products from Agarwal’s godown and handed him over to the Charminar police for further investigations.
