Cyberabad police vehicle checking’s are being organized in the entire Commissionerate limits in view of similarly in Mailardevpally PS limits also a vehicle checking party consisting of ensuing General elections.
The Mailardevpally police on Thursday morning hours seized Rs 25.73 lakhs net cash from one person at Shivrampally during vehicle checking. The police said that K Ravi owner and distributor of Sri Sai Teja Enterprises were carrying the cash being taken in a Car without requisite documents.
The businessman failed to provide documents in support of the funds. The seized amount has handed over to Income Tax department for verification of its source, Mailardevpally Sub Inspector Akram Baba said. (INN)
