Hyderabad, February 14: An unidentified person died on the spot when an oil tanker lost control and hit the scooter he was driving at Rethi Bowli Ring Road, Mehadipatnam, on Sunday. The police shifted the body to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary and began inquiry. The oil tanker driver was taken into custody.
