Special Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel and Managing Director Minority Finance Corporation Prof. S A Shukoor called on new Chief Minister of Telangana Mr. K Chandrasekhar Rao and congratulated him on taking charge as chief minister. Chandrasekhar Rao enquired about minority welfare institutions. It is said that chief minister is in favour of convening a meeting to review the performance of Minority Welfare soon.
KCR warmly greeted Prof. S A Shukoor who had been close friend of Chandrasekhar Rao in the initial days of Telangana movement.
