Srinagar, May 20: Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday visited Zadibal in old city and gave order for expediting development work there.
Omar directed the executing agencies and asked for measures to remove the inconvenience caused due to laying of pipes for drainage and sewerage systems. Accompanied by party MLA from the area, Peer Afaq Ahmad, chief minister said he would review the entire gambit of works in the city at a high level meeting soon.
omar said completion of works within the prescribed time frame should be adhered to and men and machinery geared up at all levels ensuring benefits to people.
