Mr. Mohammed Ilyas, General Secretary of Welfare Party of India in a press statement issued yesterday lamented that despite High Court orders, police and Govt. permitted the management of Bhagyalakshmi temple to continue its construction and extension activities. Police and Govt. are behaving like silent spectators. Congress leadership deceived Muslims in every matter.
It made false promises of safeguarding the interests of the Muslims. The entire world watched the demolition of Babri Masjid despite the prohibitory orders of the court. In the same manner, by permitting the communal elements to extend the construction of Bhagyalakshmi temple Govt. made fun of High Court orders.
