Hyderabad, October 02: All the heads of secondary schools in the state are instructed to incorporate mother’s name in addition to father’s name of students appearing for Class X public examinations in the manuscript nominal rolls and OMR-cum- ICR sheets for SSC public examinations scheduled to be held in March next year. The last date for payment of examination fee is October 30.
Application forms can be had from the schools or the district educational officers concerned.
While fee for the regular candidates for all subjects is Rs 125, fee for up to three subjects is Rs 110 and more than three subjects it is Rs 125. Private candidates should pay an additional Rs 650 towards attendance exemption fee.
Special fee of Rs 650 will be levied for candidates residing outside the state or the country after seeking permission from the director of government examinations with relevant documents.
The fee for vocational candidates is Rs 60 in addition to regular examination fee. Regular candidates belonging to BC, SC or ST categories with family income of less than Rs 24,000 per annum in urban areas and Rs 20,000 in rural areas are exempted from paying the fee. The headmasters are requested to insist such students to submit the income certificate issued by the mandal revenue officer. In a release, the director of government examinations said that the due dates will not be extended.
