The NTPC Limited Executive Trainees GATE 2018 online registration will be open from 10th January 2018 and close on 31st January 2018.

Age Limit: Upper Age limit is 27 Years as on last date of online application in NTPC (i.e. 31.01.2018).
Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/ AMIE with not less than 65% marks, taking average of all the Years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the Institute/University.
Final year/semester students are also eligible however they have to obtain at least 65% marks in their engineering degree.
A candidate with the prescribed degree identified for the disciplines as given below can only apply for the post of EETs in the respective disciplines:-

Selection Process:
Step 1: All interested and eligible candidates are required to appear for GATE-2018 Candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process based on the GATE-2018 performance and the requirement.
Step 2: Candidates will be short listed for further selection process (Online Behavioral/Aptitude Test, followed by GD and Interview).
The final merit list will be prepared based on 85% weightage of GATE-2018 marks, 5% weightage of GD marks and 10% weightage of Interview marks.
Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ₹ 150/- for General / OBC Category Candidates. There is no fee for SC / ST / PwBD / XSM Category Candidates. The fee can be made either in online or offline mode.
How to Apply: Eligible Candidates, who have applied online for GATE 2018, will receive their GATE-2018 Registration Number printed on their admit card. The candidates need to apply online for NTPC ET 2018 on or before 31/01/2018.
