Hyderabad: On Wednesday, the court granted conditional bail to MD of Heera Gold Group and President of All India Mahila Empowerment Party, Dr. Nowhera Shaikh.
According to the report published in Telangana Today, she was granted bail after two sureties of Rs. 5 lakh each was furnished and a promise to deposit Rs. 5 crore in the court within a week was made.
However, Nowhera Shaikh was asked to surrender her passport.

It may be mentioned that she was arrested after a cheating case was registered at Central Crime Station.
Talking about the case, Mr. G. Jogaiah, Additional DCP, Detective Department said that investigation is going on. He also said that around 30 persons had lodged complaints against the company.
