Now, technology that takes pizza orders by reading people’s minds

A new technology has been recently introduced, which allows diners to order pizza with just their eyes, as the digital menu can reportedly read consumers’ minds .

Pizza Hut, who has been testing the technology since October in UK, has named it “the world’s first subconscious menu,” which has a special eye-tracking tablet, the Washington Post reported.

The digital menu shows diners a canvas of 20 toppings and builds their pizza, from one of 4,896 combinations, based on which toppings they looked at longest. To try again, a diner can glance at a “restart” button.

The menu, built by Swedish eye-tracking firm Tobii Technology, was the product of six months of retina-scanning development and “psychological research.” (ANI)
