Hyderabad: CM of A.P. State, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu stressed the need for the center to scrap Rs. 500 and Rs. 2000 new currency notes in order to accelerate digital payments. He said that he had already demanded this earlier.
It may be mentioned that Mr. Naidu is the chairman of the panel on digital economy constituted by center. This statement has been issued after busting the Hawala racket in Vishakhapatnam.
