Governor Mr. ESL Narsimhan has issued notification for election of new chairman of Telangana Legislative assembly. This ensured the victory of TRS candidates on the posts of chairman and vice chairman. Following the joining of 9 members of legislative council in TRS, the party has got majority in the house. After gaining majority TRS has decided to hold election for the post of council chairman and vice chairman.
Following his meeting with chief minister Chandrasekhar Rao, ESL Narsimhan issued notification. Election for new chairman will be held on July 2.
