New Delhi: Noted journalist Zafar Naqvi passed away on Saturday morning at the age of 65 years. He had a distinguished image as a fair journalist in the Indian capital. He died of heart attack.
Naqvi’s wife told that he complained of chest pain on Friday evening following which he was rushed to Holy Family hospital. After treatment, he felt some relief but again he suffered from a massive heart attack.
Zafar Naqvi belonged to Bareilly Uttar Pradesh. He made his journalistic debut from there itself. He was presently staying in Jawhary Farm, Okhla. He was very social and well mannered. He has served in various well-known Urdu newspapers.
