New Delhi: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday said it is extremely difficult to bring together different departments in the government.
“It is not easy to bring officials of different departments together on the same table and get the work done,” Sisodia said at a Legal Services and Awareness Campaign, organised by the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) here.
He further said that his government was “consistently” working for the people. “You can anytime, anywhere talk to us about any of your problems.”
“The solution to all of people’s troubles is better governance and better education. Our model aims to educate everybody including those living in slums, so they don’t have to approach anyone for their troubles,” said Sisodia.
Stressing that the focus was on providing good education to all, the Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader, who also holds the Education portfolio, said: “We wish to do away with the existing scenario where only 10 per cent people in the capital have access to quality education.”
