Normalcy returns but still panic in Old city

After two days incidents of violence, normalcy has returned but still panic in the Old City of Hyderabad on Sunday.

Shops are closed before 9pm, Low traffic on the routes leading towards shahalibanda, Charminar.

Giving much relief to the general public, the City Police relaxed traffic restrictions on the routes leading towards Charminar. The barricades and barbed wires also removed on sunday morning. Barring a few, almost all shops and establishments in the markets around Charminar has opened.

Although the general traffic look thin in the early hours, by noon the areas around the historic Charminar regained their old looks. However, police pickets were seen at sensitive areas although in large numbers.

The business community, traders and small vendors of Charminar markets looked relieved but early hours in the evening shops are closed.
