Noida, April 13: Noida Authority law officer was today arrested on the charge of breach of trust, police said here.
Rajesh Kumar Sharma was arrested following a complaint by Authority’s assistant from Law department Surinder Singh that he had hidden an important file at home and claimed that it had gone missing.
Sharma was arrested on the charge of breach of trust by public servant, they said.
The law officer was yesterday suspended by the authority.
