Mr. M.Satayanarayan Rao, Chairman APSRTC told that C.M. of Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy is announcing new welfare schemes without caring for cabinet colleagues and party leaders. He is also not consulting anybody before announcing such schemes. He further told that Mr. Reddy as C.M. is performing well but he is not caring for M.P’s due to which some M.P’s and a few senior Congress leaders are expressing their displeasure with the C.M. He also said that if Congress Party does not announce the formation of Telanagana State, it may not be possible for it to gain victory in the next elections. It will face a difficult situation. He had also represented this issue to Congress High Command and Ms. Sonia Gandhi a number of times. She had also given an assurance that the decision would be taken at the appropriate time.
Mr. Satyanarayana Rao asked what could be the appropriate time apart from the present political situation. He said that hundreds of students have sacrificed their lives for the cause of Telangana. When their was campaign for separate Telangana earlier, he had gone to jail thrice. On asking the question that when will separate Telangana be formed, he said that he is not in a position to reply to this question in a definite manner.
