Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) today made it clear that there was no shortage of drinking water supply in the twin-cities as reported in a section of the media.
According to a pressnote issued by Public Relations Cell of HMWSSB, it was supplying on an average 340 to 345 Million Gallons of drinking water per day as usual to cater to the needs of the citizens of GHMC areas. Therefore, there was no shortage of drinking water in the twin-cities, the pressnote added. (NSS)
