No public at city meeting, VH mocks KCR about FF

Hyderabad: Former MP V Hanumantha Rao on Saturday said the public meeting held by ruling TRS party at LB stadium in the city turned out to be a big flop. He asked CM KCR as to what happened to federal front and wondered weather it was possible to form federal front by holding such a flop meeting.

Addressing mediapersons, Rao said the public would not come to KCR’s public meetings like they come for Ramzan, Christmas and Batukamma festivals. He mocked that while KCR was uncle and MIM Chief Asadddin was his nephew. Commenting on TRS leader Harish Rao, Rao said the former minister had done a lot for development of the party but KCR’s son KTR came to the fore in the party by sidelining Harish Rao. Rao said meetings of Rahul Gandhi would be grand successes in the State as the party would give Rs 72,000 to poor families in the country after coming to power.

The Congress leader predicted that the TRS party would be destroyed once KTR took over the reigns of the party. He wanted to know from the TRS party as to why it was supporting anti-Telangana leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy in AP and wondered as to what was the reason behind not extending the same to TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
