Even after the lapse of two days, there seems to be no progress in the investigations of Dilsukhnagar bomb blast case. Investigating agencies have not been successful in getting a clue to the incident. National Investigating Agency, National Security Guards and Bomb Disposal Squad have collected the samples of the bombs blasted and other important proofs.
DGP, Additional DGP of Crimes Mr. T. Krishan Prasad camped in Malakpet area and elicited information about the incident. Investigating agencies traced out nuts, bolts, pieces of wires and small batteries from the spot. They have arrived at a conclusion that nearly one kg of Ammonium Nitrate was used in the preparation of the bomb.
The bombs were implanted on the hind wheels of the bicycles. Timer has been used to explode the bombs. Officials of NIA seized CCTV, its video and hard disk from the shop of Shiva Mobiles.
Forensic experts opined that the police has failed to make the place of bomb blast secure. Due to this, difficulties in collecting evidence are being faced.
