No Dept. of the Govt. is interested in providing facilities to the resident of Old City of Hyderabad. Despite occupying the Central position, Old city is being neglected. When ATM started, many representations had to be made. Some bank account holders threatened that they will withdraw the amounts from their banks if ATM is not installed.
Regional Passport office set up three passport Seva Centers but all of them are in the new city. The residents of Old city have to travel 30-40 Km to reach Regional Passport Office at Secunderabad.
There is a need of setting up Passport Seva- Kendra in old city also.
