The Telugu Desam Party has bagged 10 panchayats in the Gajwel Nagara Panchayat elections results of which declared here on Monday.
However, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, which expected to sweep the civic polls could win nine panchayats while the Congress could secure one seat. In the ding dong battle of the ballot, no party has achieved a clear majority. With this, the MLA’s vote will decide the fate of the parties for the post of Municipal chairperson.
