Hyderabad, August 16: State Finance Minister Mr. Anam Rama Narayana Reddy has commented that no one would want a son like the Kadapa MP and former Chief Minister Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s son Mr. Jaganmohana Reddy.
Talking to newsmen here on Tuesday, he said Mr. Jagan was making improper comments as he was unable to face CBI enquiry. His statements were causing derogation to the late Chief Minister Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, Mr. Anam commented.
Mr. Anam said as Mr. Jagan was stating that there were no irregular investments in his companies, he should cooperate with the CBI in its enquiry. He has expressed the hope that all the ministers would attend the Cabinet meeting.
Mr. Anam has commented that the victory of Congress in 2004 was because of the combined effort of every one and asserted that it was not because of any single individual. Replying to questions, he said if there were any irregularities during the regime of YSR, the concerned minister also would be responsible. No other minister would be responsible, he has maintained. Replying to questions, he said if Mr. Jagan returned to Congress, he would be cleansed. On the question of Jagan going to the Supreme Court the finance minister has said that he had that right.
