Union Information Minister Prakash Jawadekar today said there will be no obstacles in completion of Polavaram Project.
Speaking to mediapersons at New Delhi on Wednesday, Jawadekar said the project would help avoid wastage of lakhs of cusecs of waters into the sea. The Union Minister maintained that it was just like linking of Krishna and Godavari rivers by completing the Polavaram project. Besides, adequate waters can be supplied for irrigation in lakhs of acres. Jawadekar said the BJP Telangana state unit will get representation in the Union cabinet soon. (NSS)
