Congress MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao told that they have no objection if Telangana is formed without Hyderabad. Sambasiva Rao who represents Guntur Lok Sabha constituency in parliament told that they were staunch supporter of united Andhra; development of the three regions is possible in united Andhra only.
He maintained that he does not think that there will be any decision regarding state bifurcation on January 28. If separate Telangana is formed with Hyderabad we will not accept it at any cost. He proposed before Congress high command and central government to declare Hyderabad as a union territory.
