Health Minister Dr C Lakshma Reddy today said the State Government was prepared to tackle the spread of Dengue problem in the State. All the district-level health centers are equipped with necessary modern equipment and paraphernalia to take on the spread of mosquito related diseases, he stated.
Speaking at a high-level review meeting at Secretariat here on Monday, Lakshma Reddy asked the officials to take all measures to prevent the spread of the disease. Later he told media persons that all district level health headquarters are provided with all equipment tackle the menace of Malaria, Dengue and others caused due to mosquitoes. He also directed the officials to create awareness among people with a focus on publicity on mosquito related diseases and the need for the spread of the diseases in a big way. There is no need of panic as the people can get better health services. (NSS)
